The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

- Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonus or promotional offers.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on jl99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Only platform-approved payment methods may be used for deposits and withdrawals; transactions made through unapproved methods will be considered void and the associated account may be suspended.
Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. A copy of your National ID card or passport may be required for verification. If evidence of fraudulent activity is found, jl99 may suspend withdrawals and freeze the associated funds at any time.
